Despite all the build-up to Mobile World Congress, it always goes by at such break neck speed and this years event was just as busy and exciting as ever. Here are some of the highlights of our Pelion IoT Platform from the show.
Working with our partners to simplify IoT deployment
Arm was very excited to announce two new strategic agreements with Vodafone and China Unicom.
Arm and Vodafone will work together to simplify the deployment of IoT by reducing the complexity and costs faced by organisations. Through this partnership, Arm® Kigen iSIM provides anyone deploying IoT devices globally with the means to develop and deploy a single IoT product that can be shipped and connected anywhere in the world. Vodafone’s global IoT network then enables organisations to connect IoT devices across the broadest global footprint through the Pelion IoT platform. Arm also announced a long-term partnership with China Unicom during MWC which will see secure, scalable IoT delivered to Chinese enterprises and global companies looking for a local presence in China.
